The Candidate will provide marketing and administration support. Her role will include the following key areas:
Minimum 1 year work experience in a Service Industry
A Bachelor”s degree
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Should be willing to work in Shifts.
Work with a team of health professionals to research clinical best practices for managing a diverse set of medical and behavioral health conditions and to develop clinically sound, computerized call scripts that will be used to provide health education and behavioral modification advice.
Establish medical policies for the team of health advisors that are based on best-practice guidelines and treatment protocols.
Track health status and clinical indicators through follow-up calls and through the use of tele-medicine technologies for direct bio-metric monitoring as appropriate.
Medical degree (MBBS) from a nationally recognized university
At least 1 year of direct clinical experience working with patients suffering from chronic diseases
Exceptional English speaking skills with ability to engage in two way conversations with individuals from around the world. Ability to speak Spanish is a plus.
Computer skills are a plus for quick and effortless documentation and monitoring
