Carol Sims brings more than 30 years of experience in health plan and medical group operations to her role in customer success. Her extensive managed care operations and information services background is a strong asset in partnering with executive teams to assess operations and lead key strategic initiatives. Carol has most recently served in senior consulting, project management and implementation roles for a variety of healthcare clients, with an emphasis in public and private health plan operations, care management, population health and shared risk models. She earned an undergraduate degree and a master’s degree in healthcare policy and administration from Pennsylvania State University and completed an executive development program at the Haas School of Business at UC Berkeley.
