Leadership Team

Vijay Kalle is Senior Vice President, Product Development, with Altruista Health. In this role, he oversees engineering, quality assurance and software development for the organization. He strategically focuses on innovative engineering ideas, vendor management and initiatives to ensure the organization is executing on the product roadmap and scaling for future growth. Additionally, he serves as the country manager for Altruista Health’s India team in Hyderabad, where he works closely with human resources, infrastructure and other operational departments. Previously, he served in leadership roles with leading technology companies including a cloud-based solutions group, a subsidiary of a $300 million publicly traded Japanese Software Solutions company, a start-up software solutions firm, and Philips. Vijay received a bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering from Andhra University in India. He also received a management degree from the Indian Institute of Management at Lucknow.
