Karthik has a few thoughts on how Altruista compares with other places he has worked.
“I can say without a doubt that Altruista is one of the best places I have worked,” he says. “What I like about Altruista is that I feel that I get the three most important things: a challenge that allows me to grow as a person and a great work-life balance that is actually hard to find these days. It also is great that the people who work here are friendly and easygoing. The company consistently supports its employees’ needs and encourages them to improve in their positions.”
He also finds the culture to be one of fairness.
“I would recommend working for Altruista because you will be valued as an asset to the team,” he says. “From the top of the totem pole to the bottom, everyone is treated fairly and kindly.”
When asked about his favorite part of working at Altruista is, he had a lot to say.
“I love working for Altruista! My favorite thing about Altruista, by far, is the sense of teamwork and recognition that we receive,” he says. “Everyone supports each other. I have gained knowledge in not only in business analysis and in healthcare, but have improved myself overall as a person.”
He speaks highly of the support he receives from management in growing in his role.
“This provided me an opportunity to support new employees and help them to get up to speed by mentoring them,” he says.
